When the Data Chauffeur renders its services the billing can either on a time and material bases or by a fixed quote. If you have already taken the time and worked out a detailed plan then a fixed quote will work well. If you want to keep all your options open during the development process then a time and material billing will work best. With time and material billing cost estimates are given and are not exceeded by more than 10% without consent of the customer and an updated cost estimate.
